On 19 December 2025, Sheeco Foundation brought the spirit of giving to the community of Nellmapius, Mamelodi, through a Christmas food parcel distribution initiative.

The initiative was aimed at supporting families and community members during the festive season by providing essential food supplies and helping ease some of the financial pressures many households experience during this time of year.

Supporting Families During the Festive Season

Christmas is a time associated with family, generosity, and togetherness. However, for many families, the festive season can also bring additional financial challenges. Through the distribution of food parcels, Sheeco Foundation sought to provide practical assistance to households in need and help make the holiday season a little brighter.

Each food parcel represented more than just essential groceries. It was a gesture of care, solidarity, and community support, reminding recipients that they are valued and that their community stands with them.
